Data we collect and use |

Neartale collects personal and non-personally identifiable information through its Google Forms™ add-on. We receive your email address when you install our add-on, so that we have send notifications about your product usage. More specifically, we collect the email address, so that we can send warning email when you exceed the usage limit. If we are contacted by email, we will collect all the information included within and attached to the email. We use the information we collect to respond to your information requests and communicate with you. Neartale also collects personal and non-personally identifiable information of your users solely for the purpose of providing our services to you. We also store the files uploaded by your users. These files can be deleted in our admin dashboard. We do not share this data with advertisers or external services for monetization. The categories of personal data we may collect include:

Neartale's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. |

We retain your data for as long as your account remains active or as necessary to provide our services. Upon termination of your account, all existing copies of your personal data will be deleted within 90 business days upon request. |

User Controls |

You can enable the Privacy option to delete the responses in Abandoned and Trash status permanently. You can also manually delete the files uploaded by your users using our admin dashboard. Additionally, you can also uninstall the add-on at any time to stop further data collection. We take all necessary administrative, physical and electronic measures designed to safeguard and protect your information from unauthorized access or disclosure, both during transmission and once we receive it. Although all useful precautions are taken by us, we cannot guarantee its absolute security as no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. When you enter sensitive information, we encrypt the transmission of that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL). |
