How to sync responses to Google Sheets?

You can link your google form with a spreadsheet to automatically sync responses.

Step 1: Open your form in Google Forms. Click Responses.
Step 2: Click on the spreadsheet icon.
Step 3: Select response destination page will be displayed. Select Create a new spreadsheet option and click Create.
Step 4: A new spreadsheet linked with this form will open in a new tab. When a user fills the form and submits it, the responses will be automatically synced to this sheet.
